Primer-enamel is intended for protective and decorative coloring of metal structures made of carbon steel, the outer surface of machine-building products, rolling stock, railway platforms of ship or other structures, the outer surface of containers for storing oil and petroleum products, products used in the construction and repair of facilities operating in atmospheric conditions, sea and fresh water (hydraulic structures etc.)
